Our Platform

Our innovative, proprietary, VTS™ (Vascular Targeting System) platform technology enables control of gene expression to areas in which angiogenesis is taking place to either promote or destroy newly formed blood vessels. VTS is both tissue and condition specific, allowing for targeted and limited expression to endothelial cells undergoing angiogenesis.

The VTS platform allows us to develop several different products targeting various diseases where angiogenesis is a defining feature. We have used this technology to develop two therapeutic compounds: VB-111 for oncology and VB-211 for ischemic diseases.

We anticipate using VTS in several licensing and co-development opportunities once we obtain clinical proof-of-concept data.
